God created human beings with full perfection and the best scene. Each man was supplied with its own advantages and privileges. God's gifts can actually be the basis for excellence.

We also has some weaknesses that can be overcome through a change in attitude and thinking. Unfortunately many of the people do not use common sense to do something or to achieve excellence. How can we effectively do something without thinking? Actions, feelings, behavior and even our abilities are influenced by the way we see and interpret ourselves.

There are people who do not have a life-long skills for failing or has no desire for any one skilled in the field. Things that determine the success or failure of a person is dependent on the level recognize yourself. Successful people usually consists of people who really understand and know themselves. As long as we are not clear with yourself do not expect we will be willing to change.
