4 Tips on Improving Memory

Four ways to improve memory


Actually, we can increase the memory or reduce the risk of becoming forgetful with practice tips under continuously. Among them are:

1.Exercise
Exercise can move their muscles and improve blood circulation to the otak.Oleh, our memory will also be better. Excersice even just walking.

2.Reading Al-Quran
Practise reading the Quran even a page every day. Reading the Quran can explain the soul, calm mood and sharpens memory better.

3.Eat Sleep Enough
1/3 of our lives is spent in bed. But there are people who like to sleep late or ignore sleeping enough. The body needs to rest. Fatigue will only interfere with the information stored by the brain and also affect the ability to learn something new. Practise enough sleep at night because it helps our memory works.

4.Consuming Vitamin or Supplement
Some products are well-sold over the counter or pharmacy do not suit us. Someone supposedly can improve memory. But otherwise there are side effects. Therefore, if we get better health food required by our body from the products that have been recognized by assisting the Ministry of Health and approved and certified nutrition specialist before buying supplements.
